The Sixth Annual Harvest Marching Band Festival on Saturday, October 21, 2007, features twenty of the finest high school marching bands from Washington involving over 2000 musicians and 4000+ spectators. Each band performs a ten-minute show including wind and percussion musicians, flag teams, rifle squads, dance teams, etc. for judging. Some of the bands use semi-trailer trucks to carry all of the equipment that is used!

The preliminary competition runs from 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM. The top 12 bands perform in Finals competition which starts at 6:00 PM. Tickets ($7) are available at the event.

Harvest is now one of the premier marching band competitions in the state of Washington and has grown from twelve to twenty-six participating bands in just five years. Locally, West Valley, Naches Valley and Highland High Schools will be in the competition. Eisenhower and Davis High Schools will perform in exhibition as the hosts of the festival. Most of the bands involved in Harvest also participate in at least two other competitions each fall.

The Harvest Marching Band Festival Organization works in partnership with the Band Boosters of both Davis and Eisenhower High Schools.
